摘要
研究了用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定烟草中微量钙的方法 ,确定了最佳测试条件 ;测定结果表明 ,校准曲线的线性测定范围为 1— 7μg· m L-1,线性相关系数 r=0 .9998;应用于样品测定 ,RSD为 0 .914 %—1.4 13% ,平均加标回收率为 99.5 % ,结果与偶氮胂 - 光度法一致 ;该法简便快速 ,准确可靠。
The determination of trace calcium in tobacco was studied by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The optimum condition for determination were studied.The results prove that the line range of standard curve is 1—7μg·mL -1 ,the correlative coefficient is 0.9998.When the method was applied to the determination of tobacco samples,it showed that its RSD was 0.914%—1.413% and average recovery ratio was 99.5%.These results were the same as those by arsenazo-Ⅲ spectro-photometry.This method is simple,rapid and highly accurate.
