摘要
KNAUER Eurospher- 1 0 0 C1 8(3.9mm× 30 0 mm,4 .6 μm)色谱柱 ,以乙腈 -甲醇 -乙酸乙酯混合液为流动相 ,流速 1 .0 m L/ min;检测波长 4 6 0 nm;柱温 2 5℃ ,高效液相色谱法测定金盏菊中叶黄素含量。校准曲线法定量 ,检出限为 3.0 mg/ m L。叶黄素含量在 8— 6 4mg/ L之间线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9999,RSD=1 .4 % ,回收率在 97%— 1 0 1 %之间。
Lutein in marigold flowers was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with a KNAUER Eurospher 100 C 18 column,the mobile phase of methanol acetonitrile acetic ether at flow rate of 1.0mL/min at 460 nm and 25℃.The detection limit is 3.0mg/mL in the linear range of 8—64mg/L with r =0.9999 and RSD=1.4%.The recovery is in the range of 97%—101% and the relative standard deviation is 1.4%.The method can be used to determine the lutein in lutein products.
