摘要
乙醇水溶液回流提取 ,萃取 -酸水解方法 ,从豆粕中分离纯化具有重要生物活性的大豆异黄酮甙元。优化大豆异黄酮甙元的最佳提取条件 :液料比为 1∶ 1 6 ,以 70 %乙醇回流提取 6 h,HCl- N- 5 0 3在 30℃水解萃取 2 h,在中性条件下冻干得产品。方法简单安全低成本 ,与其他文献方法比较 。
The soy isoflavone aglycone was extracted and purified from soybean residue by N 503 and HCl after C 2H 5 OH extracting.The experimental conditions were optimalized as follows:extrating by using 70% ethanol solvent with ratio of 16∶1 to the soybean residue for 6h,hydrolyzing and extracting for 2h at 30℃.The method is simple and economical with satisfactory recovery and product purity compared with other literature methods.
