摘要
Fe( )离子和抗坏血酸的氧化还原反应生成在紫外区无吸收的去氢抗坏血酸 ,以 NH4F作掩蔽剂 ,采用紫外分光光度法 ,间接测定 Fe( )离子 ,再用 H2 O2 或 K2 S2 O8氧化 Fe( )离子 ,重复上述实验 ,进行铁的价态分析 ,方法简单可行 。
Iron(Ⅲ) was determined by indirect ultraviolet spectrophotometry based on the oxidation reaction of ascorbic acids with iron(Ⅲ) and decrease of absorption at 265nm.The amount of iron(Ⅱ) was determined by the same way with oxidation of H 2O 2.Beer's law is obeyed over in the range of 5—120μg/mL of Fe(Ⅲ,Ⅱ).
