摘要
针对血液透析患者收费管理中存在的问题,运用"1+3模式"进行质量改进,通过分析根本原因,制定相关整改措施,优化制度流程,以此提高了医生的收费效率,降低了收费的错误率,从而保证了医疗服务质量。
"1+3 model" was applied to solve the problems in charge management on hemodialysis patients and improve management quality. By analyzing the root causes and establishing rectification measures and optimizing system, doctor's charge efficiency was improved while the error rate was reduced, which guaranteed the quality of medical service.
