高职高专学生资助政策的公平与效率研究——以南京城市职业学院为例

Study on the fairness and efficiency of student financial aid policies of higher vocational colleges:taking Nanjing City Vocational College as an example

在高校,家庭经济困难的学生是不容忽视的群体。从2007年我国国家学生资助政策体系构建以来,资助资金已经保持连续9年高速增长,制度在不断完善,资助政策所体现的内在动力机制也促进了学生资助政策公平与效率研究的推进。文章以南京城市职业学院为例,对高职高专学生资助政策的公平与效率进行了研究。

University students from families with economic difficulties is a group that can not be ignored. The financial aid has maintained a high rate of growth for 9 consecutive years since the financial aid policy system was introduced in China in 2007. The system continues to improve and the innate impetus mechanism showed by financial aid policies advanced the fairness and efficiency of financial aid policies. Taking Nanjing City Career Academy as an example, this paper makes a research on the fairness and efficiency of higher vocational college student aid policy.
