摘要
以聚酯湿切片为原料,通过固相聚合装置对湿切片进行增黏,得到特性黏度为1.13dL/g的高黏聚酯切片。利用X射线衍射仪、毛细管流变仪对其结晶度、流变性进行研究,再经过优化的熔融纺丝工艺制备得到一种高网络、大强度气囊用涤纶工业丝,并重点探讨了熔体压力、网络压空以及纺丝速度对纤维性能的影响。结果表明:增黏后的切片结晶度高达62.18%,优选的熔体压力为15.5MPa,网络压空为0.4MPa,纺丝速度为3000m/min,生产纤维纤度为(555±11)dtex,断裂强度≥8.20cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为22%±2%,网络度可达13个/m,优等品率在95%以上。由于该产品具有网络度高、强度大等特点,已在汽车安全气囊领域得到了应用。
Using the normal polyester chips as raw material,the polyester chips with high viscosity was pre-pared,whose viscosity could reach 1.13dL/g. X-ray diffraction,capillary rheometer were employed to ana-lyze the performance of the chips. A new high degree of interlacing and tenacity airbag yarn was preparedthrough the melt spinning process. The melt pressure,the intermingling jet air pressure,and the spinningspeed were specially investigated. The results showed that the crystalline of the chips reached 62.18%,andthe optimized melt pressure was 15.5 MPa,intermingling jet air pressure was 0.4MPa,and the spinningspeed was 3000m/min. The fineness of the product was(555±11) dtex,and the intensity was more than8.20cN/dtex,breaking elongation ratio was 22%±2%,the degree of interlacing was 13/m,high-grade ratewas above 95%. The products owned satisfied mechanical properties and could be used in safety airbag pro-duction.
