摘要
针对40Cr冷镦钢盘条内部出现的锭型偏析缺陷,利用化学分析法分析了在不同连铸工艺下该钢种大方坯内部的碳偏析情况,并计算了碳偏析指数和极差。结果表明,铸坯碳偏析影响盘条的锭型偏析,铸坯碳偏析指数极差小于0.14时,盘条锭型偏析满足国标要求。
With regard to the pattern segregation defect of wire rods from the 40Cr cold head- ing steel, the carbon segregation situation in bloom of this steel grade under different continuous casting processes was analyzed by chemical analysis method. And then the indexes and the range values of the carbon segregation were calculated. The results showed that the carbon segregation in bloom influenced the pattern segregation of wire rods, but the pattern segregation of wire rods could still meet the requirements specified in national standards when the range values of the car- bon segregation indexes of the bloom was less than 0.14.
