蓄热式烘烤器加热效果的数值模拟

摘要 为了考察新型蓄热式AOD烘烤器的加热效果及其燃料适应性,对烘烤过程的流动、燃烧、传热现象进行数值模拟研究。结果表明,该烘烤器可以有效加热炉底,在满足炉衬烘烤温度1 100℃的基础上,炉衬上下温差基本可以控制在50℃以内,烘烤效果良好。混合煤气或转炉煤气替代天然气作燃料时,基本达到烘烤要求,燃料适应性较好。 In order to investigate the heating effect of the new regenerative AOD baker and its adaptability to the fuel, the numerical simulation for the gas flow, combustion and heat transfer phenomena during the baking process was studied. The study results showed that the gas at the bottom of furnace can be heated effectively by the baker and so the difference in temperature from the top to the bottom of the linings can be controlled within 50 ℃ basically, which meant that the baking effect under the conditions of meeting the baking temperature of 1 100 ℃ for baking the linings was good. When the mixed gas or the converter was used to be the fuel instead of natural gas, the requirements required by baking the heat can be basically met and the fuel adaptability is also relatively good.
