转炉铁料成本最优模型的建立及求解

摘要 为了得到转炉热平衡条件下最优的铁料成本,建立了数学模型,分析变量上下限、钢铁料价格、总量要求等限制条件,使用Excel规划求解工具,并结合Excel VBA开发了前台应用界面。该模型降低SPHC铁料成本4.4元/t。 In order to obtain the optimal cost of the iron charge based on the thermal equi- librium condition in converter, the mathematical model for the cost was established. Depending on the model such restricted conditions as the top and bottom limitations of variables, the price of iron and steel charge and the demand for the total quantity were analyzed. And also the Excel program- ming solution tool was put into use. Then with the help of the Excel VBA the foreground applica- tion interface was developed. The cost of iron charge for the converter was reduced by 4.4 yuan RMB per tone steel after the model was put into use.
