摘要
有机热载体作为一种被广泛应用于工业领域的传热介质,其酸值的大小表征着有机热载体的劣化程度,对监测使用设备的安全状况至关重要。因此,研究有机热载体酸值的检测方法意义重大。有机热载体酸值检测的方法可分为标准方法和非标准方法。标准方法化学试剂用量大,操作繁琐,但误差小。非标准方法操作简单、成本较低,适于快速分析。目前,非标准方法尚处在起步阶段,需要引起相关部门和企业的重视。
Heat transfer fluids, as a heat transfer medium, are widely used in industrial field, its acid value characterizes its degradation. It is important for the safety status of equipment. Consequently, it has the great significance to study acid value of heat transfer fluids. The determination methods of acid value of heat transfer fluids are divided into standard and non-standard methods. The standard method is a large amount of chemical reagents, the operation is tedious, but the error is small. The nonstandard method is simple to operate, low in cost, and best for rapid analysis. At present, non-standard methods are still in the initial stage, the relevant departments and enterprises must be pay attention to.
