摘要 氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)为阴极型缓蚀剂,缓蚀性能是无机聚合磷酸盐的4~7倍,可与多种缓蚀剂、阻垢剂配合使用,增加缓蚀效果。本文以三氯化磷、甲醛和氯化铵为原料一步合成ATMP,研究了原料配比、合成温度以及回流时间对ATMP缓蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:当PCl_3∶HCHO∶NH4Cl的最佳原料配比为3∶4.1∶1,合成温度为110℃,回流时间分别为3h的条件下,ATMP缓蚀性能最好,缓蚀率为77.2%。 Amino trimethylene phosphonic acid is a kind of cathodic corrosion inhibitor, and its corrosion inhibition performance is 4 -7 times of inorganic polymerization phosphate, which can be used with a variety of corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors to increase the corrosion inhibition effect. Amino trimethylene phosphonic acid was synthesized in one-step with phosphorus trichloride, methanal and ammonium chloride as main raw materials. The effects of raw material proportioning, synthesis temperature and reflux time on corrosion inhibition performance of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid were discussed. The results indicated that amino trimethylene phosphonic acid had the best corrosion inhibition performance, when the raw material proportioning was 3 : 4. 1 : 1, synthesis temperature was at 110 ℃, and reflux time was at 3 h. The inhibition rate was 77.2%.
