压力容器参数化建模与结构优化设计新方法

摘要 基于Solid Works二次开发技术设计出自动生成压力容器模型的程序,并将模型导入ANSYS进行分析,节省了前处理时间。接着,对模型进行应力分析和优化设计,并在给定域内得到最佳设计方案,节省了材料。最终,将最优方案输入开发的程序中,自动创建模型。这就形成了压力容器结构设计新方法,该方法着眼于压力容器设计的经济性,能提高设计效率,并且易于设计人员掌握和应用。 Based on SolidWorks secondary development technology, a program which can automatically generated pressure vessel model and put the model into ANSYS analysis to save pre-processing time was designed. It took stress analysis and optimization design for the model, and got the best design solution in a given domain in order to save the material. Finally, it entered the optimal solution to the development program to automatically create a model. A new method of pressure vessel structure design was created. This method focused on the economical efficiency of pressure vessel design, in addition it can improve the design efficiency and was easy to be mastered and applied for design personnel.
