摘要
对TSG 21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》中关于适用范围、分类及其材料进行了对比研究。发现规程的适用范围相对缩小了,大容积和比较危险的压力容器成为本规程的聚焦点;压力容器按介质分类变得简单明了,第一组介质分为Ⅱ、Ⅲ类压力容器,没有Ⅰ类压力容器了;材料增加了锆及其合金、石墨和纤维增强塑料,对材料的基本要求也发生了较大的变化。
A comparative study on the application scope, classification and materials of TSG 21-2016 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel was made. The application scope of TSG 21-2016 had become relatively smaller. Large volume and more dangerous pressure vessel had become the focus point of the regulation. The classification of pressure vessel on media was simple. The first group media had divided into class II and III pressure vessels, with no class I pressure vessel. The regulation had added zirconium and its alloys, graphite and fiber reinforced plastics. The basic requirements of TSG 21-2016 on materials had also changed greatly.
