摘要
以三环节分析方法能量利用环节、能量回收环节和能量转换环节为指导,介绍了某芳烃联合装置系统优化的原理和方法,挖掘目前装置存在的优化潜力,并提出具体优化改造方案。改造方案按照三环节理论分为利用环节改造和回收环节改造。利用环节改造内容:停用脱戊烷塔,甲苯塔提压操作。回收环节改造内容:异构化混合进料换热器改造,回收装置低温热。改造方案实施后,可降低装置能耗8%。
In the three-link analytic method of the energy exchange transfer link, guided with energy utilization link and energy recovery link, the principle and method of system optimization of a combined unit of arene were introduced, potential optimization of the unit was discovered, and the optimization and transformation of the scheme were proposed. The transformation scheme in accordance with the three-link theory was divided into energy utilization link and energy recovery link. The transformation scheme of energy utilization link contained disabling the depentanizer and toluene tower pressure operation. The transformation scheme of energy recovery link contained remoulding the mixed feed heat exchanger and recycling low temperature heat of the device. After the transformation scheme was implemented, the unit energy consumption can be reduced by eight percent.
