基于PETP-CDIO模式的高职化工专业课程体系构建

摘要 从现代化工企业对人才需求和高职教育的特点出发,在对CDIO工程教育模式进行深入研究的基础上,根据应用化工技术专业特点及培养目标,提出了PETP-CDIO高职应用化工技术专业人才培养模式,制订了基于PETP-CDIO模式的职业能力培养目标体系,构建了一体化的课程体系,制订了实施方案,为培养具有化工产品(Product)研发、工艺(Technology)流程设计、化工设备(Equipment)维修与维护、生产过程(Process)控制与管理等能力的高端技能型人才奠定了坚实的基础,在教学实践中取得了良好效果。 From the demands of modern chemical enterprises for talents and the characteristics of higher vocational education, and based upon the indepth study of CD10 engineering education mode, the PETP-CD10 training mode of Applied Chemical Technology for higher vocational education was constructed according to the major characteristics and training objectives. Furthermore, the professional standard system of vocation ability training in the view of PETP-CDIO mode was established and implemented, integrated curriculum system was constructed, solid foundation was laid for the cultivation of high skilled personnel with the ability of chemical product development, process design, chemical equipment maintenance, production process control and management, and good effect in teaching practice was obtained.
