摘要
大型运输类飞机航电系统具有体系构架、功能、逻辑接口复杂,机载设备组成种类繁多等特点。在批量生产过程中,激励测试和集成测试等工作量巨大,仅仅依赖人工已无法满足生产质量和进度要求。基于CIA网络设计了具有资源柔性化配置、生产过程统一管理、自动化测试等功能的航电系统综合化集成生产平台,实现了自动化测试、资源优化配置和生产过程的管理,全面提高了生产效率和生产质量。
A large transport airplane has the characteristics of complex architecture, functions, logic interfaces and a wide variety of equipment. Manual work can no longer satisfy the requirements for high quality and efficiency because there are lots to do with the simulation test and integration test during mass production. A kind of synthetic avionic system integrating production platform was designed based on CIA network, with the function of flexible resource configuration, production process management and automatic test. The production resources optimization, production schedule optimization and automatic test has been realized, so that the production efficiency and quality is enhanced eventually.
