福利机构中社会工作“双重关系”伦理困境及其应对

儿童福利机构中的社会工作者在工作过程会遭遇许多难以处理和把握的伦理困境,其中最为常见的便是"双重关系"问题。本文摘取服务过程中遇到的几则"双重关系"伦理困境,通过对社会工作者在实务工作中如何面临伦理抉择的探讨指出,实务工作者需要一套本土化的《社会工作伦理守则》以规范自身专业行为。

In social work practice, the one of the most common difficulties that the ethical dilemma of ＂dual relationship＂ is social workers in Child Welfare Agency will encounter and be difficult to deal with. This article described several aspects of the ethical dilemma of ＂dual relationship＂ which encountered in social work practice, and pointed out that the practitioners need a set of local codes of ethics for social workers in order to regulate their professional behaviors based the discussion about how should social workers do while facing ethical choices.
