新生儿PICC置管机械性静脉炎的早期干预及护理对策

Early intervention and nursing countermeasures of mechanical phlebitis in PICC of newborn infants

目的探讨新生儿经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)后机械性静脉炎的早期干预及护理对策。方法对32例发生机械性静脉炎的新生儿采用喜辽妥软膏、水胶体敷贴及红光照射联合治疗。结果治疗后,一般在24 h^48h患儿的机械性静脉炎症状即可显著减轻或消失。结论采用喜辽妥软膏、水胶体敷贴及红光照射联合治疗新生儿PICC置管后机械性静脉炎,操作简单易行,并且药物及器材价格比较便宜,无药物毒副作用及不良反应,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective In this study, the definition of mechanical phlebitis and the standard of the degree of inflammation after PICC intubation were discussed, and the early intervention measures of mechanical phlebitis were put forward. Methods Combined treatment of 32 cases of mechanical phlebitis in newborns with Hirudoid,hydrocolloid dressing and red irradiation. Results After treatment, generally in 24 h-48 h, the mechanical phlebitis symptoms of the children were significantly reduced or disappeared. Conclusion Methods using Hirudoid ointment, hydrocolloid dressing and red light irradiation combined treatment of neonatal mechanical phlebitis, simple and easy operation steps, and drug and equipment prices were relatively cheap, non-toxic side effects and adverse drug reactions, significant effect, worthy of clinical application.
