摘要
历史文化街区的交通规划在各层次保护规划中处于被忽略的地位,而当前现代化的交通方式已经一定程度上影响了北京旧城历史文化街区的风貌保护,系统而科学的研究历史文化街区的交通改善规划是十分有必要的。本文在分析北京旧城历史文化街区现状交通问题的基础上,以南锣鼓巷历史文化街区的交通改善规划为例,对交通改善规划的目标与原则、规划策略、近远期规划方案、规划实施保障等进行了研究与探索。
Transportation Improvement Planning were ignored in protection planning. Modem means of transport has a certain influence on the protection of historic district, it＇ s necessary to study on wansporta tion Improvement Planning .This paper takes the Nanluoguxiang historic district as a case, analyzed the existing waffic problems, studied the trans portation Improvement planning ,include planning target and principle, planning strategy and scheme, planning implementation and guarantee mechamism.
