联合手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

To observe the clinical curative effect of combined surgical treatment of nasal septum deviation complicated with allergic rhinitis

目的探讨联合手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将2015年12月—2016年12月我院收治的136例鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,观察组行鼻中隔黏骨膜下矫正术、前筛开放术、息肉摘除术等联合治疗,对照组行常规鼻中隔黏骨膜下矫正术,观察2组患者的手术效果。结果观察组患者术后3个月的总有效率为98.5%,手术后1年的总有效率为92.6%,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合手术治疗鼻中隔偏曲合并变应性鼻炎疗效较好,可进行临床推广。

Objective To research the chnical effect of treatment of nasal septum deviation comphcated with allergic rhinitis surgery.Methods 136 cases of patients with nasal septum deviation complicated with allergic rhinitis clinical study was carried out, and the patients were divided into two groups, respectively as observation group and control group, two groups of patients were 68 cases, the observation of patients group of nasal septum deviation complicated with allergic rhinitis were subperiosteal nasal septum correction, anterior ethmoidal open surgery,polypectomy combined treatment,the control group of patients with nasal septum deviation complicated with allergic rhinifis by routine nasal septum submucous correction, observe the clinical effect of 2 groups of patients. Results Through clinical observation the mining With the combined surgical treatment of nasal septum deviation complicated with allergic rhinitis patients in the observation group after 3 months,the total efficiency of 97.8% ,a year after the operation of the total efficiency is 91.9%.and the low level of patients with recurrent disease, has better clinical curative effect. Conclusion Good curative effect of combined surgery for the treatment of nasal septum deviation complicated with allergic rhinitis, can be applied.
