椎间盘源性下腰痛的影像诊断及微创治疗探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨椎间盘源性下腰痛的影像诊断及微创治疗的疗效。方法选择2012年7月—2014年7月期间收治的164例椎间盘源性下腰痛患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施影像诊断,根据患者诊断结果实施相应的微创手术治疗。结果经MRI联合CT诊断后发现,19.51%的患者发现腰椎盘后缘出现点状高信号,80.49%的患者发现腰椎间盘型信号减低,其中58.51%的患者确诊为椎间盘源性下腰痛,14例患者为Ⅲ级退变性病变,18例患者为Ⅳ级退变性病变,28例为Ⅱ级纤维破裂,36例为Ⅲ级纤维破裂。根据诊断结果,42例患者进行IDET治疗,54例患者进行MED治疗,两种手术方式均可改善患者疼痛感。结论对椎间盘源性下腰痛患者实施的相应影像诊断后,分析影像结果再实施微创手术治疗,可促进患者病情恢复。 Objective To explore the imaging diagnosis of intervertebral disc source sex low back pain, and the curative effect of minimally invasive treatment. Methods Choice in July 2012 to July 2014, admitted during the period of 2015 cases of intervertebral disc source sex low back pain patients as the research object, imaging diagnosis, for patients to implement corresponding according to the results of the diagnosis of patients with minimally invasive surgery. Results Patients after MRI in combination with CT, 19.51% of patients found that dotted edge after lumbar disc in high signal,the signal to reduce 80.49% of the patients found lumbar type, 58.51% of patients diagnosed with intervertebral disc source sex low back pain, and 14 patients for level III degenerative lesions, 18 patients for the level IV degenerative lesions, 28 cases for class II fiber rupture, 36 cases of level m fiber fracture. IDET treatment according to diagnosis structure, 42 patients, 54 patients for MED treatment,two groups of operation method can improve the patients' pain. Conclusion The disc source sex low back pain patients after implementation of the corresponding image diagnosis, then according to the result of image diagnosis implement corresponding minimally invasive surgery treatment, can promote patients recover.
