双源螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA成像中扫描技术优化的研究

目的探讨双源螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA成像中扫描技术的优化方案及效果。方法选取于我院行双源螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA成像扫描的108例患者为研究对象,根据随机分配的原则将其分为2组,各54例。Ⅰ组患者给予对比剂浓度实时监控触发技术模式,Ⅱ组给予对比剂小剂量峰值测试扫描模式,对两种扫描技术的显像质量进行对比分析。结果 2组患者在主动脉根部、肺动脉对比剂浓度上差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅱ组患者的对比剂符合率与Ⅰ组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论临床上应用双源螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA成像进行扫描,可根据患者的具体情况选择适宜的扫描技术,其中小剂量峰值测试扫描模式可降低个体差异对检查结果的影响,提高后续血管重建成功率和对比剂符合率,值得推广。

Objective To study the optimization of scanning technique in coronary angiography （ CTA ） with dual-source spiral CT and its optimization. Methods 108 patients with coronary artery CTA were divided into two groups according to the principle of random assignment, 54 cases/group. One group of patients was given contrast-agent concentration real-time monitoring and triggering mode. Two groups were given contrast-dose low-dose peak test scanning mode, and the imaging quality of the two scanning techniques was compared and analyzed. Results There was significant difference （P〈0.05） between the two groups in the concentration of contrast agent in the root of the aorta and the pulmonary artery. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Scanning can be performed by CTA of coronary artery with dual source spiral CT. The appropriate scanning technique can be selected according to the specific situation of the patient. The low dose peak scan mode can reduce the influence of individual difference on the examination result, improve the success rate of follow - Contrast agent compliance rate can be applied to promote.
