摘要目的分析DSA检查未见血管闭塞的缺血性脑血管病患者的临床特点。方法抽取来我院就医的75例接受数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查的缺血性脑血管病患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,结合DSA检查结果将其分为阳性组(44例)和阴性组(31例),研究对比2组患者的临床特点。结果 2组年龄、性别比例、狭窄情况无显著区别(P>0.05);但组间梗死部位以及梗死面积存在差异(P<0.05)。结论未见血管闭塞的缺血性脑血管病患者梗死部位以皮层下为主,其梗死的发生和颅内动脉狭窄具有较强的相关性。
