摘要
With laboratory experiments, the upper leaves of mature flue-cured tobac- co were placed in climatic cabinate under different light intensity for treatments of spraying different agents under the same temperature and relative humidity condi- tions, and SPAD-502 was used to determine the SPAD of tobacco leaves in each time points. The experimental result indicated that under the same light intensity, 0.5 g/L TiO2/graphene oxide composites had a higher SPAD in 72 h, and the increase of light intensity could speed up degradations of chlorophyll under the same spray- ing treatment.
采用室内试验方法,将成熟期离体烤烟上部叶置于不同光照强度的人工气候箱中,在相同的温湿度下对烟叶喷施不同的试剂处理,使用SPAD-502仪对烟叶每个时间点的相对叶绿素含量进行测定。结果表明:在相同的光照强度下,0.45g/L的二氧化钛复合氧化石墨烯喷施处理在72h内能保持较高的相对叶绿素含量;而同一喷施处理下,光照强度的增加会加快烟叶中叶绿素的降解进程。
