摘要
为了改善某款军用越野车在-30^-41℃低温环境下的冷起动性能,通过多轮整车低温冷起动试验,并采集起动机的起动电流、发动机起动转速、冷却液温度等参数,对试验数据进行分析,确定发动机在低温时起动困难的原因。通过优化发动机ECU低温标定数据,选取低温性能更好的蓄电池,降低起动回路压降等措施,改善了该军用越野车的低温起动性能。
To improve cold start performance of a military off-road vehicle in the low temperature environment of -30 ℃~-41 ℃, through multiple low temperature start test and collection of the starting current, engine speed, coolant temperature and other parameters, the test data is analyzedto determine reasons for difficult starting at a low temperature. Through optimizing the low temperature calibration data of engine ECU, choosing battery witb better low-temperature performance, and reducing the voltage drop of starting circuit, the low temperature starting performance of the milita,'y off-road vehicle is improved.
