摘要
对冷凝器的选型提供设计思路。冷凝器有效迎风面积行业推荐值为15%~25%,具体值由风速分布均匀性和冷凝器单体换热效率决定。借助CFD和KULI等分析软件,在保证性能的基础上设计出更合理的尺寸,为汽车冷凝器前期提供设计依据。
This article mainly provides design ideas for condenser type selection. The industry recommended value of the condenser effective windward area is 15 % to 25 %, and the specific value is determined by the uniformity of the wind spend distribution and the heat transfer efficiency of the condenser. With the help of CFD and KULI and other analysis software, a more reasonable size is designed while ensuring the performance, which provides valuahle reference for the future antomohile condenser design at the preliminary stage.
