肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常疣Meta分析

Polysaccharide nucleic acid for verruca vulgaris: a meta analysis

目的系统评价肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常疣的疗效与安全性。方法检索Pub Med、OVID、Cochrane数据库,中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)及中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)等,纳入关于肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常疣的随机对照研究,采用Review Manager 5.1软件进行Meta分析,比较肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸与其他方法治疗寻常疣的疗效与安全性。结果最终纳入7个随机对照研究,共719例患者。单独或联合肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常疣的有效率高于其他方法,差异有统计学意义(相对危险度=1.39,95%可信区间1.07~1.80,P<0.05)。结论结论肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸可有效治疗寻常疣,患者耐受性好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid（BCG-PSN） on verruca vulgaris. Methods Randomized controlled trials related to the treatment of verruca vulgaris with intramuscular injections of BCG-PSN were collect. Selecting articles and extracting information were conducted basing on the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The quality of methodology of included studies were assessed. The software of Rev Man 5. 1 was used for statistic analysis. The effectiveness and safety of the treatment were evaluated. Results Seven studies were finally included in the systematic review with 719 cases. The results showed that BCG-PSN single or in combination with other treatments achieved better efficacy than the other treatments of verruca vulgaris（RR = 1. 39,95% CI 1. 07-1. 80,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The BCG-PSN can be used in the treatment of verruca vulgaris with minimal adverse effects.
