摘要
为了适应第三方检测实验室对检验人员能力素质的要求,在《食品检测新技术进展》课程中引入检测基础知识和实验室管理体系的内容,进行课程体系建设。在课程体系建设过程中通过引入具体的批量检测数据以进行质量控制,使学生在模拟实际工作的情境中,掌握检测基础知识,了解实验室管理体系,获得了较好的教学效果。
To meet the requirement of third-party detection institution on the ability and quality of detection stuffs,we introduced the content regarding detection basic knowledge and laboratory management system in the course of Food Testing New Technology Progress. In the process of curriculum system construction,we introduced a specific test data batch for quality control,so that the students were in the simulation of the actual working situation,mastered the basic knowledge,understood the laboratory management system,and we gained a good teaching effect.
