中药联合全视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的观察及护理

Observation and nursing of diabetic retinopathy treated with traditional Chinese medicine in combination with whole retina photocoagulation

目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变患者应用中药联合全视网膜光凝治疗的临床护理措施。方法选取糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例,按随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组各30例,2组均应用中医联合全视网膜光凝治疗,在临床治疗的基础上为对照组行常规护理干预,为实验组行优质护理干预,对比2组护理效果。结果实验组日常生活能力、调节能力、读和精细动作等生活质量评分均高于对照组,实验组对护理服务的满意程度也显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务能够提升糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量,也利于维护良好的护患关系,值得临床借鉴和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing measures of diabetic retinopathy patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with total retinal photocoagulation. Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic retinopathy in department of endocrinology in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases,both groups applied traditional Chinese medicine combined with retinal photocoagulation,control group was additionally given routine nursing,and experimental group was given high quality nursing intervention,nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of life scores in ability of daily life,reading and fine adjustment ability,action in the experimental group were higher than the control group,nursing service satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can improve quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy,and maintain a good relationship between nurses and patients,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
