综合护理干预在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用效果及对预后的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and its effect on prognosis

目的探究综合护理干预在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用效果及对预后的影响。方法收集本院高胆红素血症新生儿70例,随机分为对照组与观察组各35例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组进行综合护理干预。比较2组治疗效果、干预5d后血清胆红素浓度、黄疸消退时间和远期预后,1年后体格和智能发育情况。结果观察组与对照组相比,治疗有效率显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预5d后血清胆红素浓度显著降低,黄疸消退时间显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1年后,头围发育较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),身高和体质量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效治疗高胆红素血症新生患儿,改善患儿远期预后,降低高胆红素血症对患儿以后生活的不良影响,适宜临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and its effect on prognosis. Methods Seventy neonates with hyperbilirubinemia who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods,given routine nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention. The bilirubin concentration,jaundice regression time and long-term prognosis were compared between two groups after treatment. The physical and mental development after 1 year was compared. Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The serum bilirubin concentration decreased significantly after 5 days of intervention and disappear time of jaundice was significantly shorten（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in height and body weight between the two groups（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively cure neonatal children with hyperbilirubinemia,improve long-term prognosis of children,reduce the adverse effects of hyperbilirubinemia on the children＇s life,and is suitable for clinical application.
