摘要
以铁精粉为例,以铁水成本最低为目标,确定了铁水成本核算公式,建立了高炉原料物料结构优化模型;在铁精粉品位和价值坐标内绘制等铁水成本线,计算出了面向铁水成本的铁精粉品位的边际冶炼价值。实践证明:该模型可以实现优化企业采购策略和降低铁水成本。
Obtaining the lowest cost of pig iron being the object with test sample of concentrate powder, the formula for calculating the cost of molten iron is determined and the structure optimization model of blast furnace raw material is established. By drawing molten iron cost line in the dimension of the quality and price, the marginal smelting value of concentrate powder orienting molten iron cost is calculated. The practice of the model shows that it can achieve optimization of enterprise procurement strategy and reduce the cost of molten iron.
