摘要
在阐述商务日语人才需求与培养现状的基础上,导入CDIO教育理念,从明确人才培养目标、设计一体化教学体系、采用混合教学模式和方法、设置多样化教学评价体系、完善教学资源和师资队伍建设等方面构建并实施了融知识、能力、素质教育一体化的商务日语人才培养模式,为应用创新型商务日语人才培养模式方面提供了可借鉴的经验。
On the base of discussing the demand and current training of business Japanese professionals, CDIO education concept is introduced to construct training mode for business Japanese majors with the combination of knowledge, capacity and quality education focusing on definite training object, unity of teaching design, blended teaching pattern, diversified teaching evaluation, improving teaching resource and strengthening teaching team, to provide reference for training mode for application and innovative business Japanese major.
