摘要
本文介绍了一支Ku波段大功率耦合腔行波管的研制情况,该管采用双阳极栅控电子枪、一体化电磁聚焦等非常规技术,行波管性能得到全方位突破,平均功率大于2kW,脉冲宽度2ms,瞬时相对带宽12%,实现了优异的综合技术指标。
A Ku band high power TWT is developed in Beijing Vacuum Electronics Research Institute. Double anode gridded gun and integral solenoid are adopted. The overall characteristics of the TWT have been improved greatly, it achieves 2 kW average output power, 12% relative bandwidth and 2 ms maximum duration.
