高新技术企业知识产权运营体系研究

Research on intellectual property operation system of high-tech enterprises

知识产权是高新技术企业区别于传统产业的重要特点,也是高新技术企业的重要资产,是高新技术企业科技创新的法律保障、发展原动力与核心竞争力。文章指出当前我国企业知识产权运营体系存在知识产权保护意识薄弱、知识产权管理机制不健全以及外部环境不利于知识产权保护等问题。

Intellectual property is an important characteristic of high-tech enterprises, which distinguishes them from the traditional industries, and is also an important asset, legal guarantee of scientific and technological innovation, and motive power and core competence of the high-tech enterprises. At present, this paper points out that there are some problems in the intellectual property operation system in our country： the weak awareness of intellectual property protection, the imperfect management mechanism of intellectual property and the adverse external environment to intellectual property protection, etc.
