摘要
随着人类信息、教育、文化需求模式和行为模式的变迁,公共图书馆必须勇于创新,用新的服务内容和模式适应用户的需求,彰显图书馆的核心价值。文章指出,公共图书馆要促进信息交流、发展共享空间和提供创客服务,不断实现服务创新,推进图书馆信息服务质量。
With the change of human creative and adapt to the needs of users, information, education, and cultural demand, the public library must be taking the full expression of the core value of library. This paper proposes that the public library should promote the exchange of information, the development of shared space and the provision of customer service, and continue to achieve service innovation, and promote the quality of library information services.
