摘要
文章探讨了县域环境功能区的划分思路、保护目标以及管控措施等。以浙江省永康市为例,落实省级环境功能区划的要求,从城市总体定位开展分析,对永康市环境功能区进行了划分。文章同时提出了永康市各环境功能区保护目标与管控措施,在环境保护的同时加强环境管理,为永康市环境保护工作提供科学依据。
This paper discussion on the ideas, conservation objectives and control measures of the county division of environmental function areas, and takes Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province as an example to analyze from the aspect of the overall orientation of the city and divide the function areas of Yongkong city based on the requirements of implementing provincial environmental function division. Meanwhile, the protection targets and control measures of environmental function zones in Yongkang City were put forward, and the environmental management was strengthened while the environmental protection was provided, thus providing the scientific basis for environmental protection in Yongkang.
