摘要
目的:通过检测和分析基牙龈沟液中IL-1β水平变化情况来评价牙周植骨术联合圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复牙周骨缺损的临床疗效。方法:选择2015—2016年在新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔修复科门诊患慢性牙周炎伴牙列缺损拟行义齿修复的患者20例,应用牙周植骨术联合圆锥形套筒冠义齿修复基牙牙周骨缺损,随访观察6个月,采集患牙的龈沟液,用ELISA法检测IL-1β的含量,并进行牙周状况的临床检查。结果:治疗后6个月患牙龈沟液中IL-1β的含量较治疗前有所下降,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全部病例中基牙牙槽骨无继续吸收,术后牙骨量均有一定程度增加。结论:牙周植骨术联合圆锥形套筒冠义齿的修复方法对于治疗慢性牙周炎所致牙周骨缺损并伴牙列缺损患者,其近期疗效较佳。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of periodontal bone graft combined with konuskronen telescope denture in the treatment of periodontal bone defects by detecting and analyzing the changes of IL-1β level in gingival crevicular fluid. Methods: From 2015 to 2016, 10 patients were selected with chronic periodontitis and dentition defect treated with denture repairment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. The abutment periodontal bone defects were treated by periodontal bone graft combined with konuskronen telescope denture, and then with follow-up of 6 months, and we collected gingival crevicular fluid of the teeth. The levels of IL-1β were detected by ELISA and the clinical examination of periodontal status was observed. Results: After 6 months after treatment,the levels of IL-1β in gingival crevicular fluid were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). In all cases, the alveolar bone of the abutment did not continue to absorb, and the bone mass was increased to some extent. Conclusion: The treatment of periodontal bone graft combined with konuskronen telescope denture is effective in the treatment of periodontal bone defects caused by chronic periodontitis and dentition defect in the near future.
