代谢组学在中医药研究中的应用

Application of metabonomics in traditional Chinese medicine research

代谢组学是寻找代谢物的一种研究方法,它是基于蛋白质组学和基因组学的研究方法,通过对生物体内所有的代谢物进行分析,得到相关的生理病理变化数据。随着分析技术的不断发展创新,代谢组学被广泛应用,并已经在多个领域崭露头角,更是在中医药的研究方面不断体现它的优势。文章对代谢组学的分析技术及其在中医药研究方面的应用进行了阐述。

Metabolomics is a metabolite search method based on proteomics and genomics study method, which obtains related data of pathological and physiological changes by analyzing all the metabolite in living body. With the innovation and development of analysis technology, metabolomics is widely used in many fields, especially in TCM research consistently. In this paper, the analysis technology of metabonomics and its application in the research of traditional Chinese medicine are expounded.
