从传统到现代:晚清民初文学中的正义叙述

From Tradition to Modernity: The Narrative of Justice in the Late Qing Literature

19世纪末至20世纪初,中国文学完成了从内涵到形式的创新,在浸润时代特色的正义叙述中,逐渐生成了现代性之意涵。批评家面对公案文学的本土资源与舶来元素,呈现出多元而灵动的正义叙述姿态,对中西两种案件的写法及审美风格展开了开放性的"对话"。案件叙述在此意义上具有了现代人所缺失的原生态意味。因此,它必然会被纳入大的现代性文化体系之中。在民间公案中,我们感受到了一种与精英书写的"谋划"式作品不同的口传套路。在某种语境下,这种无意为之的口传文学可能会成为民族文化认同的载体。

From the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century,Chinese literature completed its innovation of connotation and form,and in the justice narrative with characteristics of the era,the meaning of modernity gradually formed.Facing the native resources and foreign elements,critics of legal case literature showed a diverse and vivid narrative attitude of justice,and they conducted an open'dialogue'on the different writing styles and aesthetic styles of Chinese and Western cases.In this sense,the case narrative had the original ecological meaning that the modern people lack,so it must be brought into the modern cultural system.In the narrative of folk cases,we found an oral routine which is different from the'planned'pattern of elite writing works.In certain contexts,the unintentional oral literature could become a carrier that national culture approves of.
