跨文化交流和传播是人与人、族群与族群、国家与国家之间必不可少的活动,是推动文化不断发展和进步的重要力量。河北省非物质文化遗产资源丰富,"一带一路"战略的提出为河北省通过非物质文化遗产的跨文化传播实现与沿线欧亚各国的文化交流提供了非常好的契机,不仅可以促进河北省外资引进和经济发展,还可以进一步提高河北对外开放的程度。同时,通过传播,也可以体现非物质文化遗产的巨大价值,为自身的保护和传承奠定基础。

Cross-cultural exchanges and propagation is necessary between different peoples, races and countries, and it is an important factor to promote the culture development. Hebei province has rich intangible cultural heritage. The One Belt and One Road Strategy provides a good opportunity for Hebei to realize the cross-cultural exchanges and propagation with the Euro-Asian countries along the line. It can not only enhance opening and get more benefit from the Belt and Road policy, but also display the great value of the intan- gible cultural heritage and lay a solid foundation for its own protection and transmission.
