文化自信是十八大以来以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出的重要治国理政方略。本文着重探讨了文化自信的概念和特征,认为文化自信是处于历史文化生活中的文化主体,对身处其中的文化客体,经由认知、理解、比较、反思、认同、践行等一系列自觉的心理和实践活动,形成的对自身文化价值充分肯定、对外来文化的理性对待以及对自身文化生命力坚信不移的心理状态。文化自信在本质上具有民族性、时代性、实践性、指向性和包容性等特征。

Cultural confidence is a strategy to govern and manage politics put forward by the CPC of ＂President Xi- centered＂ in 18th National Congress discussing the concept and the characteristics of cultural confidence with the conclusion that cultural confidence is the key to historical culture life. According to its object, it should experience a series of automatic psychology and practice of recognition, understanding, comparison, reflective thought, approval and practice to form a psychological state to treat foreign culture rationally and to affirm the Chinese native culture that the cultural confidence has the characteristics of nationality, times, practice, guidance and inclusiveness.
