探析“朝核问题”中的美国“因素”

Exploration and Analysis on American "Factors" in "North Korean Nuclear Issue"

2016年10月9日为朝鲜第一次核试验10周年,尽管国际社会为"朝核问题"的和平解决付出了诸多努力,但目前的局势仍然没有得到缓解。朝鲜开发核武器的动因是复杂多样的,但直接原因则是美国的战争威胁与经济封锁。且美国政府出于自身利益考虑而反复无常的对朝政策,也是致使"朝核问题"错失和平解决最佳时机的重要原因。因此,本文拟从"朝核问题"中的美国"因素"入手,来分析朝鲜坚持进行核开发的直接原因及美国对朝政策在该问题上的影响。

October 9th in 2016 is the 10th anniversary of North Korea＇s first nuclear test, although the international community has made great efforts to solve the ＂North Korean nuclear issue＂ peacefully, the current situation is still not eased. The reason why North Korea develops nuclear weapons is complex and diverse, but the direct cause is the threat of war and the economic blockade from American. And American government＇s capricious policy toward the DPRK for their own benefits is also an important reason, which has eventually resulted in missing the best opportunity to the peaceful settlement of ＂the North Korean nuclear issue＂. Therefore, this thesis starts with the American ＂factors＂ on ＂North Korean nuclear issue＂, and analyzes the direct cause of North Korea＇s nuclear development and the influence of American policy toward DPRK.
