国际化国际商务硕士人才培养模式研究——以东北财经大学为例

A Study of the Talents Cultivation Mode of Master of International Business——A questionnaire analysis of the students in DUFE

本研究是以案例问卷调查方式,以东北财经大学2016级国际商务硕士54名学生为调查对象,以了解国际商务人才培养现状,从而为探究国际商务专业硕士的国际化人才培养新模式提供依据。研究数据显示,多数学生认为目前我国国际商务硕士人才培养模式存在的最突出问题是学科体系不健全和培养目标不明确。因此,国内高校应该从人才培养目标入手,健全国际商务学科体系,建立现代化实习基地,进一步规范校内外导师的选拔标准,借助政策优势,培养跨文化的国际商务人才。

This paper takes a case questionnaire of fifty four students enrolled in 2016 in Intemational Business from DUFE to study the current situation of the talents cultivations of the students master of International Business and to provide foundation for the inquiry and analysis of talents cultivation mode. Studies show that the problems from the students are the blindness of the educating system and the cultivation goals. And colleges should well define the cultivation goals, sound the discipline system to establish modem practice base and regular the tutor selection criteria to foster the cross-cultural international business talents.
