复方降脂软胶囊对高脂血症小鼠的药效学和毒理学试验

Pharmacodynamic and Toxicological Tests of Soft Capsule on Blood Lipids Regulation of Mice with Hyperlipemia

[目的]研究复方降脂软胶囊对饮食诱导所致高脂血症小鼠的影响。[方法]将昆明小鼠60只随机分为6组,分别为:空白对照组、高脂模型对照组、洛伐他汀对照组、软胶囊高剂量组、软胶囊中剂量组、软胶囊低剂量组。高脂模型对照组和各药物剂量组饲喂高脂饲料造小鼠高脂血症模型,造模期2周后空白对照组、高脂模型对照组给予相同体积5 g/L CMC-Na,洛伐他汀对照组灌胃给予洛伐他汀,3个软胶囊剂量组灌胃给予相应剂量的软胶囊内容物。每两天称体重,实验结束后测定小鼠血浆中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平以及肝脏系数。[结果]复方降脂软胶囊能显著降低高血脂症小鼠血中TC、TG和LDL-C水平,增高HDLC水平,并且能够降低高脂血症小鼠的体重和肝脏系数。[结论]复方降脂软胶囊具有良好的降血脂作用,并能够控制高脂血症小鼠体重增长和改善由脂质代谢紊乱造成的肝脏系数变化。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of compound lipid lowering soft capsule in diet-induced hyperlipemia mice. [Methods]Sixty Kunming male mice were randomly divided into 6 groups： normol control group （NC）, high fat model control group（ MC）, lovastatin control group, soft capsule high dose group, soft capsule medium group, soft capsule low dose group. The hyperlipemia model was established by feeding the mice of high-fat model control group and the drug dose group with high-Nfat diet.With different feed continuous feeding for two weeks, the mice of NC and MC were treated with 0.5% CMC-Na. Mice of lovastatin control group were treated with lovastatin by gavage, and mice of the three soft capsule dose were treated with corresponding dose of soft capsule contents. Weighed every two days. The plasma total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） levels and liver coefficient were evaluated after four weeks. [Resldts]Compound lipid-lowering soft capsule could significantly reduced hyperglycemia mice plasma TC, TG, LDL-C level. The HDL-C could also increased. Furthermore, the weight and liver coefficient of hyperlipemia mice were reduced. [Conclusion]Compound lipid lowering soft capsule had a good hypolipidemic effect and it could controlled the weight gain in mice and improved the liver coefficient change that caused by lipid metabolic disorder.
