注射A型肉毒素治疗眼睑肌张力障碍

Botulinum A Toxin was Injected for Treatment of Eyelid Muscle Dystonia

[目的]分析并研究注射A型肉毒素治疗眼睑肌张力障碍的疗效。[方法]将我院2014年7月至2016年7月所治疗眼睑肌张力障碍患者60例作为研究对象,按其治疗方法分成2组,每组30例,对照组患者实施常规治疗给予针刺、抗痉挛药、理疗、手术等治疗,观察组开展应用A型肉毒素局部注射,观察、比较2组患者临床效果。[结果]通过临床治疗发现,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,2组结果存在显著差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义;且观察组患者治疗前后并发症发生率低于对照组,2组结果差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。[结论]A型肉毒素治疗眼睑肌张力障碍的效果确切,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。不但能改善患者症状,提高生活质量,缩短住院时间,还能减少患者医疗费用,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

[Objective]to analyse and research botulinum A toxin was injected for treatment of eyelid muscle dystonia curative effect. [Methods]by the treatment of 60 patients with eyelid dystonia as the object of study from July 2014 to July 2016 and according to its treatment to divide into two groups, 30 cases in each group.control group patients implement regular treatments for giving acupuncture, antispasmodic, physical therapy, surgical treatment and so on , and the observation group carries out the application of local injection of hotulinum A toxin by observing and comparing the difference between the two groups of patients with clinical effect. [Restflts]Discovering through the clinical treatment that the total effective rate of observation group patients was much better than the control group which made the significant difference. P 〈 0.05 which own a statistical significance.ln addition, observation group before and after treatment in patients with complication rate is lower than the control groups, two groups of resuhs have significant difference, P 〈 0.05 with statistical significance. [Conclusion]botulinum A toxin in the treatment of eyelid dystonia effect is a safe and effective treatment method. Not only can improve symptoms and exact improve the living quantity, shorten the hospitalization time, but also can reduce medical expense.Patients＇ clinical effect is remarkable which is worthy of popularization and application.
