摘要
探讨教师在企业顶岗中教、学与服务的多重功能,突出“做中学、做中教”,强化教育教学实践性和职业性,促进学以致用、用以促学、学用相长。教师通过企业顶岗丰富企业实践工作经验,提高教学和科研水平。
This paper mainly discusses the multiple functions of teachers in teaching, leaming and servicing, which focuses on "learning from doing" and "teaching through doing" .
