后G20时代理工院校商务英语人才培养方案修订

摘要 随着围绕"构建创新、活力、联动、包容的世界经济"主题的G20领导人第十一次峰会在中国杭州落下帷幕,后G20时代由此开启。在此之前的B20会议上,跨境电子商务将引领新一轮经济全球化发展的观念已得到广泛认同。在这一背景下,对人才的需求发生了结构性变化。据官方权威数据显示,我国在海外投资、贸易、市场营销等涉外商务领域人才严重短缺,对商务英语专业人才的需求占其中很大比重。企业在选择跨境电商人才时,本科生占53%,国际贸易、电子商务与外语专业是企业选择排名前三的专业,对具备综合能力、从事业务的人才需求最大。相比之下,理工类院校商务英语专业普遍存在"三缺三化"的问题,即:专业地位边缘化,缺少关注;师资配备单一化,缺少扶持;学科结合简单化,缺乏特色。2015年,国务院办公厅《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》明确提出促进人才培养由学科专业单一型向多学科融合型转变。理工类院校商务英语专业应以此为契机,从教学体系、内容、方式及学时设置四个方面修订培养方案。 Post-G20 era begins after the 11th G20 summit held in Hangzhou, China whose theme is "Innovation, Invigorated, Interconnected and Inclusive World Economy". At the B20 which was held before it, it is wildly acknowledged that cross border e-business would lead a new round of economic globalization. In such a background, the need for talents has changed structurally. According to authoritative statistics, we have a critical shortage of professional talents in such foreign business areas as overseas investment, trade, marketing, among which that of business English majors takes a large proportion. In selecting talents in cross border e-business, undergraduates account for 53% while majors ranking the first three are International Business, E-commerce and Foreign Language. Talents of comprehensive abilities and specialized in businesses are of great need. In comparison, serious problems of Business English majors in technology institutes generally exist, that is, marginalization of major position for the short of attention, simplification of hardware and software for the short of support, homogenization of discipline combination for the short of feature. In 2015, Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of Innovation and Enterprising Education in Institutions of Higher Learning, formulated by the General Office of the State Council, explicitly put forward the transformation of talents cultivation from simple discipline to the integration of multiple ones. Therefore, Business English majors in technology institutes should take the opportunity to revise the talent cultivation plan in four aspects as teaching system, contents, means and curriculum period.
