协调发展理论与大学英语课程性质的定位——兼谈《大学英语教学指南》对大学英语教学改革的指导意义 被引量:1

摘要 根据协调发展理论,在大学英语教学中,为实现总体目标的演进,该门课程的知识性、工具性和人文性需要做到相互关联和相互联动。但长期以来,人们认识到了三者之间的相互关联,却未做到三者之间的相互联动。这就导致了教与学的功利性,严重地影响了教学效果和人才培养质量。为此,教育部高等学校大学外语指导委员会公布的《大学英语教学指南(征求意见稿)》明确将该门课程的性质定位为"兼有工具性和人文性的双重性质",并明确指出,"要充分挖掘大学英语课程丰富的人文内涵,实现工具性和人文性的有机统一。" According the theory of coordinated development, the intellectual, instrumental and humanistic features of the college English course must correlate to and interact with each other in order to realize the common evolution of the overall objectives in college English teaching. However, the correlative relations have been recognized for years, and the interaction not achieved yet. This has resulted in utilitarian learning of college English and weakened the effect of learning. Therefore, the Teaching Guide of College English (exposure draft), published in May,2015, orients the natures of college English course to dual features of instrumental and humanistic ones, and explicitly stresses the need to excavate the cultural connotation of the course so as to achieve the organic unity of the double features.
