摘要 国内外现行碳纤维复丝拉伸性能试验标准和测试方法中,由于对影响测试结果的要求不一致,同种试样相同项目的测试,其测试结果也存在较大的差异。围绕可能影响拉伸性能测试准确和离散性的试验机选型、夹具、引伸计、拉伸速度、预张力等方面进行了研究分析,旨在建成与国际接近、国内统一的评价测试规范,使测试数据具有通用性和可对比性。 Test method for tensile properties of carbon fiber is an important means of examination and application of the production plant. In the domestic and international current test standards and methods, Due to the inconsistency of the requirements of the test results, the test results of the same sample of the same kind of test results are also different. This paper focuses on the possible effects on tensile performance test precision and test machine selection, discrete fixtures, extensometers, drawing speed, tension and other aspects of analysis, aims to build the test and evaluation of the international and domestic close to a unified standard, the test data is universal and can be compared to.
